6 Ways to Get Soft Skin and Shiny Hair

Post-workout: Shave every day, but not after every shower. "A razorremoves the protective top layers of your skin, along with hair," saysHoward Sobel, MD, a dermatologist at Beth Israel Medical Center in NewYork City. When you do de-fuzz, choose a four-blade razor -- it offersthe closest shave, allowing you to use a gentle hand, which preservesnatural moisture -- and opt for a cheap wow gold hydrating shaving cream, not gel.
